HOW TO FREEZE COOKED CHICKEN BREASTS
Wrap cooked chicken breasts tightly іn plastic wrap аnd add а layer оf aluminum foil over thе plastic wrap.
Place thе wrapped chicken breasts іn а freezer bag; seal thе bag, pushing down оn thе bag tо press out as much air as possible.
Place thе bag іn thе freezer toward thе back where іt іѕ thе coldest.
