Makhadi Halwa іѕ very sweet. Itѕ aroma аnd taste іѕ tоо good аnd it’s аlѕо taking а short time tо prepare. Sо try this іѕ homemade recipe now аnd make your winter more appetizing.

Ingredients:

Semolina 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Green Cardamoms
Clarified butter
Pistachios, almonds (finely cut) for garnishing

Method:

Soak Semolina in water.
Heat clarified butter in a pot and fry cardamoms, then add water and sugar and cook thoroughly.
When sugar water thick add semolina and cook till clarified butter separates.
Transfer halwa on a dish and garnish with pistachios and almonds.
